## Delivery Times 

Below you will find the average delivery times for all orders placed at Nelvane:

- **Order processing:** 1–3 working days from the moment your order is placed. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
- **Delivery:** Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes an average of **8–12 working days**.

## Placing an Order

If you like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@nelvane.com.Orders can only be cancelled within a maimum of 3hours ater the order has been placed. After this 3-hours window, we are unfortunatly no longer able to process a cancellation, as the order may already have been prepared for processing or shipment.
